Alfred "Boot" Whitfield, 55, of 504 W. Queen St. LaGrange son of the Ava Core and the late William Earl Whitfield, was born June 20,1962, in Lenoir County, North Carolina.
He departed this life on Friday, December 7, 2017, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center, Goldsboro.
He is survived by his wife Natalie Koonce-Whitfield.
Funeral service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, December 16,2017 at St. James Church of Christ Disciples of Christ 401 W Queen St. LaGrange.
Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
