Bishop James C. McCotter

Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of  Bishop J.C. McCotter ,83, of  5927 Dawson Rd. Grifton, NC, who transitioned into eternal rest while in the care of Kitty Askins Hospice House Saturday, January 13, 2018. 

He was born July 3, 1934 to the late Benjamin and Bessie S. McCotter in Craven County, NC

Public Viewing will be held from 2 PM until 4 PM at the the funeral home.

A Celebration Honoring His Life and Spirit will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 from The Sanctuary of  Heath's Abundant Life Ministries, 1415 Martin Luther King BLVD Kinston, NC.

Entombment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Estates, Grifton 

The family will receive friends during an inspirational wake at the church Friday, January 19,2018  from 6 PM to 7:30 PM.

 At other times the family will receive friends at the residence where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
