Howard Ray Butler, 79 of 1207 Eastover Ave. died Wednesday, June 25, 2019 at Carolina East Medical Center.

He was born April 20, 1940 in Craven County, NC to the late William Nathaniel Butler and Louise A. Roundtree.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, July 6, 2019 at St. Mark A.M.E. Zion Church, Jasper Community.

Burial will follow in the St. Mark A.M.E. Zion Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Friday, July 5, 2019 at the funeral home

The family will assemble at the residence in preparation for the funeral procession.
