Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mother Edna Rouse, 83 of Kinston, died Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at Harmony Hall Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

She was born January 26, 1940, to the late parentage of Melvin David Lee and Tillie Jenkins Lee.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her children, Russell Rouse Sr, Linda Jones, Brenda Hines and Jacaqueline Rouse Dudley all of Kinston, NC.

The service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 12:00 noon Tuesday, December 4, 2023, from Sanctuary of New Birth United Holy Church 3308 Banks School Rd, Kinston

Burial will follow in the Hickory Grove Church Cemetery. 

Mother Rouse will lie in state Monday, December 4, 2023, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the funeral home and will resume one hour prior to the service.
