Mr. Carl Clifford Fordham

Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mr. Carl Clifford Fordham, 87, who died April 28, 2026.

Carl went to be with the Lord after a brief illness. He was in the hospital at the time he passed. Carl is the last member of his immediate family.
He was born to the late Ellen Lee Grady (Fordham) and the late Gaston Fordham. Carl was the youngest of seven children.

Carl was born in Kinston, N.C. He graduated from high school and worked on the family farm. He decided to move to Boston, where one of his brothers was living.

He married Dorothy Whitfield and reared a stepson, Marvin Whitfield. He was a member of the Salvation Army in Boston. He retired as a property maintenance
manager for the City of Boston.

He is preceded in death by his four brothers, Gaston Jr., Julius, William, and Aaron, and two sisters, Martha and Gladys. 

Carl left behind many nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends to mourn his passing.
