Mr. David Lorenzo (Dee Bee) Brown

Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mr. David L. Brown (Dee Bee) 56 of New Bern, NC, died on Thursday, January 11, 2024.

He was born on September 13, 1967, to the parentage Barbara Ann Brown and the late William Lebert Dickerson. 

David leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories with his loving wife, Andrea Roberts Brown of the home, his mother, Barbara A. Brown of New Bern, NC; three daughters, Rashika Brown and Tamara Brown and a daughter of the heart, Shawndreka Carr all of New Bern, NC; one step daughter, Cushena Joyner of Raleigh, NC; three step sons, Antoinee Roberts  of New Bern, NC, Michael Lee and Taurrence Lee of Raleigh, NC; one grandson, Tyhmier George; four brothers, Baron Brown, Marlon Brown, Demond Humphrey all of New Bern, NC, and Taquan Barrett of Wilmington, NC; 

The service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 20, 2024, from the Jasper P. Haynes Omega Center 800 Cedar St. New Bern, NC

Burial will follow in the New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Brown will lie in state for public viewing one hour prior to the service.
