Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mr. David Lee Perry, 82 of Bridgeport, CT formerly of Dover died on Monday, July 3, 2023, at Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT. 

David was born January 5, 1941, in Jones County to the late David H. Perry and Sudie Mae Kennedy.

He leaves to cherish his memory, five sons: Curtis Perry, Ricky Perry, both of Kinston, NC; Timothy Perry of New Britain, CT; Jerry Perry of Fairfield, CT; Kenneth Perry of Naugatuck, CT; daughters: Theresa Perry-Clark of Charlotte, NC; Brenda Simmons of Kinston, Cherita Wardlaw of Atlanta, Georgia; and Jeanetta Farris of Kinston, NC; three sisters: Yvonne Gethers of LaGrange, NC; Reverend Mary Moore of Pollocksville, NC; and Beattie Pearl Singletary of Mt. Airy, NC and  Gladys Lee Hill, Arverne, Queens NY and a host of great-grandchildren, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

The service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 11:00 AM Monday, July 10, 2023, from the Sanctuary of Trinity Funeral Service.

Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.
