Mr.Dishon Ishmael Blount

With hearts humbled in prayer, we pause to reflect on the life and memory of Mr. Dishon Ishmael Blount, age 26, of Kinston, who departed this life far too soon on Saturday, September 6, 2025. 

Dishon was born August 25, 1999, in Lenoir County, NC, to the parentage of Latisha S. Blount and Ernest T. Jones.

 The service remembering his life and legacy will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 19, 2025, in the Memorial Chapel of Trinity Funeral Service, 1276 U.S. Highway 258 North, Kinston, NC.

Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery, Kinston.

Mr. Blount will lie in state for public viewing one hour prior to the service
