Mr.Earlie Weston Coffield, Jr.

Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mr. Earlie Weston Coffield, Jr. 76, of Vanceboro formerly of Colerain, NC died on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at his residence.

Earlie was born December 17, 1947, in Bertie County to the late Earlie Weston Coffield, Sr. and Rachel Guion Coffield. 

He is survived by his wife, Iris Coffield of the home, three sons, Earlie Coffield III of Washington, DC, Joe Ivory May of Greenbelt, MD and Jamar Maurice May of Silver Spring, MD; three sisters, Chritina Holley, Vivian Holley and Daisy Spivey; one brother, Michael Welch.

The service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, October 26, 2024, from the sanctuary of the Chapman Chapel Original Free Will Baptist Church. 

Burial will follow in the Chapman Chapel Church Cemetery.

Mr.. Coffield will lie in state for public viewing one hour prior to the service.
