Unite with us as we reflect on the life of Isaac Smith Jr., 84, of Manhattan, New York, formerly of Cove City died Thursday, December 15, 2022, in New York.

He was born January 18, 1938, in Craven County to the late Isaac Smith Sr. and Naomi Brown.

He is survived by two daughters, Juliet Laverne Smith, Glenda Ann Smith of New Bern, NC; two sons, Thomas Glen Smith of New Bern, NC: and Larry Darnell Smith, Yonkers, NY; one sister Annie L. Robinson of Brooklyn, NY; two brothers Jessie “Luby” Smith of Manhattan, NY; and Dennis “Kib” Smith of Columbia, South Carolina. three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

The Service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 7, 2023, from the Sanctuary of the Bryant Chapel AME Zion Church 506 N Main St, Cove City, NC

Inurnment will follow in the Andrews Chapel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery, Trenton
