Mr.John Joseph (Toot) Farris

Unite with us in prayer and we reflect on the life of John Farris, 70, of Kinston, died on Saturday, December 24, 2022.

John was born May 8, 1952, in Lenoir County to the late John and Betty Farris. 

He is survived by his daughters Felecia Fields of LaGrange, NC, Waconda Alexander of Kinston, NC; three grandchildren, Aaron Mills stationed in Europe, Asia Alexander of Chesterfield, VA and Jaden Fields of Lagrange, NC one sister, Dezi Dail, brothers, Daryle Farris of Kinston, NC, Stephon Farris of Charlotte, NC, Syvano Farris of Anthony Farris, Timothy Farris and Renaldo Farris all of Kinston, NC; a special nephew and niece Korican and Venus Farris, of LaGrange, NC and a host of other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 3, 2023, from the Memorial Chapel of Trinity Funeral Home. 

Burial will follow in the Southview Cemetery.

Public Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.
