Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Raymond Majette, 68, of 5805 Sunningdale Ln. Hope Mills, NC formerly of Cove City transitioned from labor to reward on Saturday, January 7, 2022, while in the care of Fayetteville VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC

Raymond was born September 17, 1954, in Northampton, County to the late Thelman Majette and Louise Delotach Majette 

He is survived by his children. Raymond Jones, Fayetteville NC, Jonathan Jones, Atlanta GA; and Shana Majette, Dallas TX.  two brothers, Bennie Majette, Cove City, NC and Cecil Majette, Sandy Springs, MD; three sisters, Vivian Majette, Cove City, NC, Linda B Moore Stafford, VA, Gladys Hargett, Raleigh, NC and two grandchildren. 

The Service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, January 15, 2023, from the Sanctuary of the Bryant Chapel AME Zion Church 506 N. Main Street, Cove City, NC

Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
