Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mr. William Whitney, 73, of New Bern, NC died on Friday, September 8, 2023, at CarolinaEast Medical Center, New Bern, NC.

William was born June 15, 1950, in Craven County to the late William Whitney and Ella Marie Legree. 

The Service celebrating his life and legacy will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 15, 2023, from the sanctuary of Union Baptist Church 1214 Raleigh St, New Bern, NC 

Burial will follow in the Toon Family Cemetery, Cove City

Mr. Whitney will lie in state one hour prior to the service. 

Arrangements are by Trinity Funeral Service of Kinston.
