Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mr. Willis Earl Brown, 74, of Frederick, MD formerly of Hugo Community, NC died on February 17, 2025, at his residence.
He was born on December 9, 1950, in Lenoir County to the late Willis Lee Williams and Dorothy Gray Brown Williams.
Willis leaves to cherish his memories; his children, Tania Moye of Grifton, NC, Sean Baker of the home, Naomi and Kelly Baker of Frederick, MD, siblings, Dorothy Pearl Kilpatrick of Goldsboro, NC, Alice Brown of Washington, DC, Jerry Williams of Grifton, NC, Patricia Carson of Yorktown, Virginia, Diane Mills of Kinston, NC, Ricky Williams of Hopewell, Virigina, Cynthia Williams of Grifton, NC, Linsday Williams of Grifton, NC, Lisa Williams of Kinston, NC, Linda Faye Mumford of Ayden, NC, Evelyn Bryant of Kinston, NC, Sandra Heath of Rochester, NY, Alfreda Cogdell of Snow Hill NC, and Reginald Brunston of Kinston, NC. 5 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephew, relatives, friends and a special friend Joan Wade.
The service remembering his life and legacy will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, March 1, 2025, from the Memorial Chapel of Trinity Funeral Service.
Mr. Brown will lie in state for public viewing one hour prior to the service.
The family will assemble at 4674 Felix Hardison Road, (Hugo Community) Grifton for the funeral procession.
