Mrs. Carleen "Penny" Johnson

Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on life of Mrs. Carleen "Penny "Johnson 60, of Kinston, died Sunday, November 5, 2023, at ECU Healthcare in Greenville. 

Penny was born August 29, 1968, in Seven Springs, North Carolina to the parentage of the late James Jarmon Sr. and Jewel Holloway. 

She is survived by her husband, Richard Johnson; three children, Tiawan Jarmon, Tashina Johnson, and Teshia Koonce; four siblings, James Jarmon Jr., Lee Jarmon, Wanda Jarmon, and Beverly Ferguson; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. 

The memorial service honoring her life and legacy will be held 11:00 AM Friday, November 17, 2023, from the Memorial Chapel of Trinity Funeral Service.
