Join us in heartfelt remembrance as we honor the life of Joyce Marie Jordan, 82, of 95 Jenkins Ave., Maysville, NC, who peacefully transitioned to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 18, 2025, while in the care of CarolinaEast Medical Center, New Bern.
Mrs. Jordan was born February 10, 1942, in Jones County, to the late Robert Jefrow Roberts and Mary Lee Howard Roberts.
She is survived by four children: Russell Roberts, Maurice Roberts, Melony Frost, all of Maysville, NC, and Angel Roberts of Jacksonville, NC; one brother, Robert Allen Roberts of Garner, NC; three sisters: Geraldine Ewing, Constance Jones, and Jacqueline Dove, all of Maysville, NC; 10 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends
The service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, January 26, 2025, from the sanctuary of St. Luke A.M.E. Zion Church 91 Main St, Maysville, NC
Burial will follow in the White Oak Cemetery, Maysville
Mrs. Jordan will lie in state for public viewing one hour prior to the service at the church.
