Mrs. Katherlean (Grant) Taft

God is the keeper of our mind and soul and even in times of grief and sorrow, His love and strength can make us whole.

Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mrs. Katherlean Taft, 81 of Triangle, VA formerly of Dover died on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Sentara Northern Virgina Medical Center.

Katherlean was born September 7, 1941, in Jones County to the late Rosetta Willams and James Leo Grant. 

She is survived by two daughters, Dianne Taft, Delorice Taft; one son, Arthur lee Taft Jr.; two sisters, Lovie Baxter and Floretta Grant; four brothers, Clifton Grant, Roy Grant, Herman Grant, Larry Grant, 7 grandchildren 9 great grandchildren. 

The service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, July 8, 2023, from the Sanctuary of Holly Branch Free Will Baptist Church. 

Viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
