Mrs. Linda Marie (Standley) Powell

Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Mrs. Linda Marie Standley Powell, 71 of Kinston, died on Monday, December 4, 2023, at her residence.

She was born on August 14,1952 to the parentage of the late Julius Lacenda Standley  and Lilly Mae Douglas Standley in Hillsborough, FL.

The service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 11:30 AM Monday, December 11, 2023, from the sanctuary of Trinity Funeral Service Memorial Chapel 

Burial will follow in the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, Goldsboro

Mrs. Powell will lie in state from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Sunday, December 10, 2023at the funeral home and will resume one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. 

The family will assemble at the residence in preparation for the funeral procession.

Arrangements are by Trinity Funeral Service of Kinston

The family will be receiving family and friends at 2146 Crescent Drive, Kinston, NC starting Wednesday, December 6, 2023 - Saturday, December 9, 2023, from the hours of 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM
