Unite with us as we reflect on the life of Mrs. Queen Elizabeth Felder Powell, 82 of Trenton, died on Friday, December 6, 2024, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.
Queen was born January 1, 1942, in Cumberland County, NC the late Lizzie Mae Felder and J.W McNeil.
She is survived by her husband Leroy Powell of the home; five children Veronica O. Powell, Elizabeth L. Jones, Charles Powell, Sonya R. Golden and Dr. Vertonica F. Powell-Rose; 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews' other relatives and friends.
The service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 4:00 PM Saturday, December 14, 2024, from the sanctuary of the St Stephens Church of Christ Disciples of Christ. 432 First Ave.Trenton, NC 28585
Mrs. Powell will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church, the family will assemble at the residence for the funeral procession.
