Renee was born November 23, 1961, in Queens, NY to Lois Carter Bell and the late Milton Lee Bell 

The Service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, October 7, 2023, from the sanctuary of Union Missionary Baptist Church, 3631 Patterson Mill Rd, Barnwell, SC

Burial will follow in the Union Baptist Church Cemetery, Barnwell, SC

Mrs. Stevens will lie in state from 4:00 PM - 7:00PM Friday, October 6, 2023, at Guinyard & Son's Funeral Home 756 Allen St, Barnwell, SC 29812

Final arrangements are by Trinity Funeral Service of Kinston.
