Ms. Betty Hargett Obituary
God is the keeper of our mind and soul and even in times of grief and sorrow, His love and strength can make us whole. Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Ms. Betty J Hargett, 69 of Kinston, died on Friday, September 15, 2023, at UNC Lenoir Healthcare.
She was born to the parentage of Mr. Blaine Hargett and Lucille Banks Hargett, October 4, 1953, in Lenoir County.
She leaves to cherish her memories her siblings, Mary Pittman and Willie James Hargett Sr. of Kinston, NC and Joseph Hargett of Washington, DC.
The Service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, September 23, 2023, from the sanctuary of the Trinity Funeral Service.
Burial will follow in the Westview Cemetery.
Ms. Hargett will lie in state from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM Friday, September 22, 2023, and will resume one hour prior to the service.
Arrangements are by Trinity Funeral Service of Kinston.
