She was born May 11, 1974 in Lenoir County, North Carolina to Linwood H. Holmes and Minnie Lee Cogdell. 

The Service Celebrating her Life and Legacy will be held  2:00 PM Friday, November 5, 2021 in the Memorial Chapel of Trinity Memorial Funeral Home. 

Viewing will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021 at the funeral home.
