Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Ms. Clementine Newberne, 85, of Kinston, NC, died Sunday, October 27, 2024, while in the comfort of her home.
Clementine was born October 28, 1938, in Duplin County, North Carolina to the parentage of the late Lawrence Newberne and Katherine Simmons Newberne
She is survived by two daughters, Katherine Olds of Kinston, NC and Mary Carlton of Kenansville, NC; one son Ricky Newberne of Brooklyn, NY; one sister, Mildred Green; and one brother Eugene Newberne; Eleven grandchildren, Seventeen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
The service remembering her life and legacy will be held 11:00 AM Sunday, November 3, 2024, from the sanctuary of the Salem Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, Pink Hill, NC
Burial will follow in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, Pink Hill
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the funeral home and will resume one hour prior to the service.
