Shirley was born January 29, 1952, in Beaufort County to the late Henry King and Mamie E. King.
The service celebrating her life and legacy will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, March 16, 2025, from the sanctuary of Whosoever Will Let Them Come Ministries 807 W. 9th Street Washington, NC
A public viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.
