Unite with us in prayer as we reflect on the life of Pastor Kendall D. Simmons, 52, of New Bern died on Monday, January 22, 2024, at CarolinaEast Medical Center.

Kendall was born January 12, 1972, to Sheila Burney Simmons and the late James Franklin Simmons.  

He is survived by a devoted wife, Lanisha Simmons of New Bern, his mother, Sheila Burney Simmons of Pollocksville, NC; two daughters Kenayah Simmons of Jacksonville, NC and La’Niya Simmons of New Bern, NC; one son, Corneilus Bradley of New Bern, NC; one brother, Terrence Simmons of New Bern, NC; and the Total Restoration Ministries church family.

The Celebration of His life devotion, service to God and mankind will be celebrated 2:00 PM Sunday, January 28, 2024 from sanctuary of the Northwest "A" Free Will Baptist Conference Tabernacle. 

Pastor Simmons will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church.

The family will receive guest at 7801 US HWY 17 S. Pollocksville, NC and assemble in preparation for the funeral procession. 

 Arrangements are by Trinity Funeral Service of Kinston.
